2. Intellectual Property (The Legacy)
The Service and its original content (including but not limited to the story, characters, names "Roland Ravenwood", "Havi", the faction emblems, logos, and interactive timelines) are and will remain the exclusive property of The Sins of the Fathers author and creators. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on this content without explicit permission.
3. User Conduct (Rules of Engagement)
You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Harassment, hate speech, or any attempt to compromise the security of the Digital Fortress will result in an immediate ban (exile).
4. Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services (e.g., Shopier, Gumroad, Amazon) that are not owned or controlled by The Sins of the Fathers. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites.
